Holzman's Party Favorites

Meat Balls 
Bite size Italian, Swedish or Bar-b-que meat balls.

Our Fully Cooked Tenderloin
Our select tenderloin seasoned and cooked to perfection, sliced and arranged on a black marble tray. Serve cold -- 15 people
Option: Add a smaller amount of store roasted turkey breast, specially cut to match the size of the tenderloin, for more variety and color.

Snack Cheese Tray
A combination of your favorite cheeses cut into different bite size shapes with assorted dry Italian sausages. Serves approximately 15 to 20 people.

Shrimp Tray 
Large shrimp by the pound. You choose the amount just right for you!
Add $9.50 for the tray, arrangement and cocktail sauce.

Wraps
Italian: Flour tortilla, ham, salami, provolone, fresh green pepper, carrots and garden blend cream cheese rolled and cut into bite size pieces arranged on a tray around a bowl of salsa.

Salsa Turkey: Tomato tortilla, salsa turkey, sharp cheddar cheese, fresh green pepper, carrots and garden blend cream cheese rolled and cut into bite size pieces arranged on a tray around a bowl of salsa.

Veggie Trays
Vegetables in season (usually carrots, celery, broccoli and cauliflower) with ranch dip arranged on a reusable tray.

Traditional Meat Tray
Ham, roast beef and turkey with American and Swiss cheese on a garnished tray.
(Enough for 1 1/2 sandwiches per person) Bread and condiments available.

Fresh Deli Sandwiches
Mixed meats and cheeses on choice of wheat, whole grain, rye or white breads cut in half (no quarters).
Arranged on a tray, add $5.00.

Cocktail Sandwiches 
An assortment of ham, turkey and chicken salad, with cheese on some, on plain, sesame seed or poppy seed cocktail rolls arranged on a tray - available in dozens only.

Two and Three Foot Subs
Fresh bakery sub with ham, turkey, roast beef, salami, American, Swiss, lettuce and mayonnaise.

Deviled Eggs Tray
Twenty four fluffy filled egg halves.
